If you feel overwhelmed by navigating the menu trying to find healthy choices, I can teach you what to look for. Or maybe you spend a lot of time on the road and feel uncertain about how to build a consistent healthy lifestyle when your location is always changing.

Who wouldn’t like to experience more moments of lightness and freedom in their day? Finding balance in our daily lives is something we all aspire to, but many of us struggle with. I’m not going to teach you how to do it all, rather I’ll show you how to prioritize the things that really matter to you, and help you learn how to let go of things that no longer serve you.
Whatever your story, I want to help you learn how to implement nutrition and fitness habits that complement your busy life, rather than ruling it.
Unfortunately, travel usually means putting your healthy lifestyle on the back burner, which usually results in a lot of unnecessary stress when they get home. While I firmly believe that travel is about a lot more than obsessing over fitness and your health, it doesn’t mean that you have to completely forget about your goals, either.
Together, we can live healthier lives by learning to stress less, eat better, and play more.
My name is Roxy.
I am a personal trainer, nutrition coach, adventure seeker, and lover of lists and fun facts. I feel the most alive when I am trying new things and moving in new ways, and I am the most fulfilled when I help others to do the same.
Few things make me more excited than finding the gems of health and wellness in unexpected places. Seeking these things often forces you to look outside the main tourist area, which is a research challenge that I enjoy.
Even more than that, I love showing people that there’s always a choice. What activities you participate in, the foods you fuel your body with, how you spend your time, and what your attitude is…you always have a choice! I’m here to show you how to feel great – while still having fun – on your vacations to avoid “burning out” by the end of the trip. Wouldn’t it be nice to return feeling rejuvenated, instead of exhausted?
Every city will have some awesome healthy offerings, and I am determined to uncover them and share them with you guys. I’m certainly not free of vices, and I definitely love the occasional indulgence, but everything in life is about balance. It really is amazing to see that it’s possible to nurture and nourish yourself while having an amazing and epic trip.
